Transport and Accommodation
If you are travelling from the airport, the airport train stops at Roma Street Station and it is an easy walk to the Stanthorpe bus.
Bus timetable - Crisps Coaches timetable is on line and the coaches leave daily from the Transit Centre in Roma Street. At the moment, the timetables available on line are limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a bus leaving the transit centre daily. Bookings can be made on-line.

There are numerous routes - the most direct is via the Cunningham and New England Highways but there are other options eg via Toowoomba, MaMa Creek or the Mt Lindsay Road - this is a very pretty drive but it is much longer and some parts of the road are gravel.
There are many options available. Top of the Town Caravan Park and the High Street Motor Inn are within walking distance of the International Club. Play safe and book early as May is the beginning of the tourist season in Stanthorpe. Motels, Hotels, Bed and Breakfast, airbnb and whole house options are available. There are a limited number of billeting options available.
Weather - yes it will be cool - nights can be frosty in May but usually the days are beautiful.
